2009 in Craft

2009 wasn't all about travelling and being outdoors in the Scottish countryside. There was a fair degree of crafting going on too (oh and I had to go to work most days as well - guess the travel costs and bills have to be paid for somehow!) I even managed some more crafting over the holidays and have started Baby Blankie No. 1 for 2010.

Mostly felt products this year - hardly knitted anything. I enjoyed making blankies for friend's babies; had my first couple of commission's from the knitting shop to make something with their new felt; participated in a couple of exchanges, including Elsie Marley's Mobile exchange (I didn't get my mobile which was a pity - much prefer person to person exchanges as opposed to circular ones - much more guilt if you don't provide when someone has sent you something nice....it hasn't put me off though); continued to go to knitting group most weeks but since Borders closed we are looking for a new home; made a dolly for Craft Hope; raffled a baby blanket and sold some Christmas decorations to raise some funds for Operation Smile - £70 raised. It's amazing the good that can be done with craft.

So wonderful, I love them all! Where do you buy the felt, and normally how much it cost, for example, the white, per yard?
