I am late with my favourite hangout post for this week's Corner View! My favourite hang out tends to be wherever my friends/family are but I do have a couple of favourite places.....
Outdoors it would be the near the sea, on the beach, any beach, a cold windy Scottish beach with massive waves or a warm sunny beach lapped by an inviting ocean....here are some of the beaches I visited in the last couple of years....be warned, there are many...
The Ayrshire Coast, Scotland

Pittenweem, Fife, Scotland - my favourite seaside destination!
It's in Pittenweem that you'll find my favourite after beach (particularly in winter) hang out - The Cocoa Tree......chocolates to buy, chocolate cafe, chocolate heaven...
Now I am off to check out all the other great hangouts!

Oh wow ... so many great beaches and then a chocolate hangout - great!
I went to Ullapool some years ago...and another beaches in scotland...I remember a friend of mine in swiming suit trying to swimm in those cold beaches...I was hilarious and magical. Those places are incredible.
Lots of beautiful beaches...places that must be visited...

I'n not really a nature girl, but this Tentsmuir Beach, Fife, Scotland beach?! Wow...I could walk there for hours and hours and hours....Beautiful, beautiful!!!

Every one of those beaches looks great! Not many people go to the beaches in winter, but it's worth the trip - it's much more peaceful AND it's easier to find driftwood and other treasures.
