Woollie Car (or ***** car as I would really like to say, but it has been good to me until now......)

Do you think a woollie car would be less trouble than a real one?? It might not be too happy in the rain right enough....anyway in the world of real cars mine is pretty sick, but can be made whole again from the princely sum of £585 or $1170!! Oh well, at least I have savings and it hasn't had much spent on it up until now - and even now it is something completely unusual that is wrong with it - not really your usual wear and tear. The ignition barrel has a fault which led to the starter motor having a fault which led to the starter motor burning out..... so now it's £120/$240 for a new starter motor and £300/$600 for a new ignition barrel - they are expensive because of course they are programmed to the keys etc........

Oh well, happier news in my next post! More crafting has been done, my parents are visiting, I got shoes for the wedding I am going to for £9 today and I have had 2 days off work - definitely still things to smile about here!!!

I'm glad I don't have a car! You will have to start charging for all the lift you are giving us ;0)
I like your new layout.

I am so sorry to here that your car is going to cost quite a bit to repair, I just hate it when things go wrong with your car, it most always ends up costing an arm and a leg. Glad that you are still smiling though!

oh no! sorry to hear the trusted car has collapsed :-( I have many happy memories of it driving us from wool to berries and more! hope it's fixed soon and not to painful to get the bill...just go to bob and you won't have to pay for another 5 months.

Sorry to hear about your car. It always seems to be something with cars. I wish I lived in a place where we didn't need one!

Love the new blog outfit!!

Cars are fun when they run,
Cars are clutter when they stutter!

Good luck!
