Where Woollie Comes from...

I was home for the weekend and scanned some pre-digital camera photos on my parents computer, but more of those later.

Whilst at home, I found some pictures my dad had printed out from old slides - one of him and one of my mum. I think they are lovely photos and am amazed how alike my brother is to my dad.

I love the picture of my mum, it captures her perfectly, full of life and vitality!

I love seeing pictures of my parents from their youth. Sadly there aren't many, but I love the ones I have seen.

There is something about these old black and white photos that make them so wonderful. Thank you for sharing them.

I love looking at old family photos- I have a small selection of them and my parents have more including some of those fantastic stiffly posed portrait shots from well over a century ago. Scanning them is a really good idea!
