Woollie's Been Working Hard

As travelling and life in general has slowed down somewhat since my manic rushing about in February, I have actually managed to make a few things.

The little woodins were so happy with their log that I decided they deserved somewhere else to play too so I made a green tent = from a pattern in Itty Bitty Nursery - it's really meant to be the wooden house from the story of the Three Little Pigs but I decided to make it in green  so it was more in keeping with the forest floor, where the woodins live.

I made it larger than the pattern suggested and then had to think of some way to make it stand up - pipe cleaners to the rescue - sewn into the seams and front door.

I think that the woodins are happy.

I have also finished Tudora for my mum - this was a quick and easy knit which I started in January  - as usual I got distracted my other things and the quick and easy knit took 2 months to complete. I am really happy with the end result though and I finally got to use one of my buttons from Newfoundland - made from moose antler!
